We accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping you may get a refund less 15% if cancelled after 3 days. Products that have a long lead time will be posted. By placing an order with items that have a long lead time you acknowledge the waiting period for your order to be filled, the time frame posted for certain items is just an estimate. The product can ship earlier and/or later. We can not be responsible for manufacturers long lead times. Products that are pre-paid are reserved for you exclusively. If you cancel your pre order you will be refunded less 25%. Because of limited quantities we tell other customers that are interested that there are pre orders they can decide if they would like to wait after the preorders are fullfilled. |

| You must contact us for a RMA and further directions prior to returning. Product returned without prior approval will be returned to you freight collect. Most times the product will have to be returned back to the respectful MFG. Pistol Accents is not responsible for manufacturers defects.Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase. You can contact us about any other returns if the product is not opened or used. Damaged product by you will not be accepted. No credit will be issued.We will do our best to help you. Firearm products are "final sale" Sights are NON RETURNABLE once they are installed on slide. Barrels are NON RETURNABLE if you feel its defective the barrel will have to be returned to the MFG. Defects will be handled strictly with the Mfg. NO RETURN. No exceptions. There will be a re-stocking charge of 25% on all returns approved by us minus shipping fees. Returns not in factory packaging and/or damaged will not be credited nor returned to you. Returns that are approved will be credited minus shipping fees within 30days of receiving the product. | Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Although we show "in stock" at times we may run out and are waiting for our warehouse to fullfil our orders. That may delay your shipping. We would generally ship most orders within 3-5 business days. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day if product is physically in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Pistol Accents or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Pre-paid specialty items will be shipped when product comes in. We can not guarantee an exact ship date. Times listed is solely an estimate. It can longer or can ship quicker. |
