Microlon Assembly Lubricant should be used on all moving parts, anywhere metal-to metal contact occurs. It also provides excellent rust and corrosion protection for long-term storage after assembly. It will not run off during storage. When your firearm is returned to service it reduces friction while protecting against any galling problems on bearing surfaces.
